Yes for free. 2 of them actually. So I added all south lifetime+ all Malayalam free 1m

Officially yes, it's 160. Customer care will insist you to take the paid add-on, you can deny that and just ask them to change the base pack. Then you can add the 2 free regional packs from self care yourself.
