Is there new ui in airtel hevc hd box?
I have already Airtel hd+ huwai model and now I m going to take another by replacing rdtv. Will they give latest hevc stb?
Someone please post some snapshots if new ui is there.

Yes new Technicolor HEVC box has new UI. S/W version 611 and 616.
Current stock is of this box...so chance is high to get it now.
Snaps are there in the Airtel Digital TV HD sub forum. At least 4 guys have posted snaps of new UI from new HEVC box.

yes all channels ..Like msg box ..some time it hidden after tap exit button ...Now it again showing

Should I say while ordering that I want only Technicolor HEVC box or they will do it by default ? also some r saying that hevc box have pq issues?

Its by default, bro. ADTV is providing Technicolor HD HEVC boxes only now. Other option is SD box.

It's not possible to select the brand from our side (you can attempt). Current availability is in favor of Technicolor by default. Regarding PQ all HD boxes other than Huawei has problem with SD PQ. Other HD STB brands like Hero/Jabil, Flextronics are also bad with SD PQ. HD PQ will still be great in these boxes. Also Technicolor has latest s/w version and gives good features like 100 favorite channels in each profile.
