No EPG in HD DVR

HiI am not getting EPG in HD DVR
any one else facing this problem

I am only getting info regarding Current program and next program for all channels

I have tried reset also but no use

Really annoying not able to set any programmes to records
Stupid CC of No use asusualwallwall

Already lott of time told d2h upgradeing next 1st 2 week issues in broadcasting,no emg update or wrong emg update,no signal ? in some tp,picture pixels,
Due to System Upgradeasion for 4K

@pras2 : it may be because of the upgrade activity as mentioned in the below thread. As mentioned, EPG and audio will get affected due to this activity.

Oh ok. I couldnt find the thread as i searched using keyword No EPG,

Its really annoying coz i want schedule some recordings

Videocon screwed me bigtime as festival upfront and I will not be at home.

Hi bro, nice setup you have there. As far as i remember, you have also 500GB HD DVR. Recently d2h updated its software and now it has same HD stb GUI and looks better. Why your stb is still not updated! (for info: d2h updating HD DVR manually through pen drive, so don't wait for OTA)

Thanks .Its a Philips HT with rear wireless speakers
TV is samsung 48h6400
My old HD DVR 500gb one started bootlooping and they replaced with new one forr 500rs.
replaced DVR has download is 44 . Isnt it the latest one??

Nope, its not the latest version. Latest one is 57.
