No Signal From Home Transponder

Hello im from sri lanka. I didn’t use dish tv for some time because it was deactivated for not paying. Earlier, i did put some money into it and refreshed it with live chat. When i check default home transponder 12688 V 27500 doesn’t get any signal. Any one has a idea? I need to watch HD channels

The home tp is 12688 V 27500 instead of 12688 v 2750. Pls check this. Working fine here.
