It may be because of the below upgrade activity.

Upgrade activity from Videocon d2h

As mentioned, we may see issue in picture, audio and EPG. It will be done till 2nd week of Jan. Let us wait till 14th of this month and see if all the problems are getting solved.

I think i should do FACTORY RESET MY STB

Here one question ???

When i bought new stb
its download id is 19

&

i went d2h office & manually updated to id 21


Now If i reset my stb what will be the download id???

Today Called CC about this....

they told to RESET My STB....

buy i have above doubt......

abou this & he registered Complaint...

Today Morning Technician came &

Updated My Software as 22(previous 21)
{He came updated software & gone in 4min}
