Seeking Help Planning to switch from Airtel to SUN Direct, Need advice

I am Airtel DTH user from past 13 months and feel sad that after paying INR 7200/13.5 months, i am getting 4 out of 8 telugu available HD channels. My plan is going to expire in ten days.
I have found that SD got 69 HD & airtel got 65 HD channels. Also SD is giving 7 out of 8 telugu available HD channels, which is really USP.
If I pay SD INR 4190/annum, I am getting all 69 HD channels + regional channels, where as I need to Airtel 5800/annum for all the channels.
So for my perspective (telugu regional), SD is giving more HD at cheaper rate and also good number of telugu HD channels.
I am having LG 43' smart TV (LG 43LH600T Product Support :Manuals, Warranty & More | LG India) & Blaupunkt sound bar 2.1 (Buy Blaupunkt SBW-01 Dolby Bluetooth Soundbar Online from Flipkart.com) which are very good with Airtel DTH.
Can any one advice about Sun Direct HD/SD channel PQ & AQ vs Airtel HD/SD channel PQ & AQ.
I heard that Sun Direct HD channel Picture Quality not as good as airtel, But is this really differentiable on 43' TV?
Regarding audio quality, my Blaupunkt sound bar can handle SUN DTH audio issues (I read from few threads regarding audio issues with SUN DIRECT)?

If you can handle sound issue then go for Sun direct, other things you need to consider before buying sunding is

1) Fav issue - not all working in latest boxes
2) Package chaning issue - Downgrade package is pain
3) Dropping add-on/ala-carte in the middle is tough compared to other dths

Regarding HD channel pic quality it is excellent compared to other dths as per @iirked bro(he used Airtel, Sky and Sun),Sd channels also not bad

Bro u can go with SD picture quality of HD channels is awesome compare to others and very low price compare to others but only things is audio issues in HD channels

There are people who regretted after taking Sun Direct. Atleast don't for yearly package. You can switch again easily. Please go through the channel list in Sundirect forum before thinking of switching.

I am happy with channel list, even I have called the customer care and confirmed about channels. But hesitating because of HD channels quality those are being broadcasted by SUN DIRECT.

Thanks for replies. Based responses, I believe that HD PQ is good. Seems issue only HD channel audio. Can anyone elaborate what was exact issue with HD audio? (like noise or low volume or distorted audio)
