Hi Friends,
I see a very pathetic airtel website for recharges
I renewed for 3 months (3M +7days) dated 25th Jun 2017, when I suppose to get expiry till 30th Sep 2017, my login shows 20/Sep/2017 as expiry, when I call CC, they tell its 29/Sep/2017, while "my account" in TV shows renewal date as 12/Jul/2017
I added a second room multi-connection on 29th Jun, while I have a 30day first month offer & validity till 29th Jul, my validity in portal shows as 20/Sep/2017. Also for multi connection, no segregation for recharge window, no annual advance renewal?
Such a pathetic system, are they so pathetic in even updating records online ? Are we expected to call them each time, & chase for correct data:-(
