PTC chakde and other 14 FTA not working

i'm from uttar pradesh West i have 76% signal on zing TP & 45% signal on zee etc's TP DDFD channels also have 63% signal quantity.
but I'm not getting signal on 12050/H/45000/22kon please help !!

I think SR :45000 is not the problem as this TP is also working fine on Solid-3000 & 9300 models, Many boxes support SR:45000 But take few seconds to load. see the ss bellow:-

HERE IS SS DETAILS OF SOLID:9300/3000 MODELS:-

Friends do check now as some improvement in signal quality as well as performance ..Also have patience & give some time to load to this TP, If it not come after some time then check your lnb & other settings also.

Some fta stb's not supporting Symbol Rate 45000,
Change the SR manually to 44990,
You will get it.
