From sources i get to know from 19th Nov reliance digital tv going to black out..
Customers can not recharge more than 100rs at once..Where as one can recharge 100rs as many times he wants individually.

Bhai log ager koi info hai apke pass to jarur bataye... Taki jo log recharge kar rahe hai uske paise waste na jaye
