Seems TS is best they divided the channels to different regional languages pack. But I need HD (Tel+Hin+Eng) curated pack it seems to be costly affair in all providers.

in sun direct no concept of additional slabs basic pack is 130 NCF(with 99% of fta channels, which he mentioned as 135)

DPO 2 with add-ons will be money saver. DPO 3 not a good choice.
