you can change your pack to a higher pack through selfcare..
to downgrade ur pack call CC

again same.. recharge the amount of the package u desire..
ask ur friends in India to call CC with ur RTN nd Customer ID if u need to downgrade
if u want to upgrade tell ur friends to do with selfcare.

Airtel Stb is registered to unknown indian owner and his/her mobile no
my friend bought Airtel HD from Sri lankan Agent in here.
and he changed the pack to the highest one without asking him. now we are screwed
in Sri lanka , local dealers says its hard to manage airtel account , i mean changing packs
Dishtv and videocon are easy to manage

so what im asking is , can anyone from india change the pack using 3rd party online portal ?
