CCI approves every M&A in India.This transaction will get approved as there are lot of MSO in india.

As per news in economics times Jio fiber will have controlling stake in Den and Hathway but it will be not beyond 50 percent stake that means both Den and Hathway will continue as individual identities but will be giving Jio connections thru thier fiber network that means The plans are ready on how to use existing infrastructure of MSOs (multiple system operators) to give both video and broadband services
