RIM has released the beta version of their new mobile conferencing app for the Blackberry smart phones. This lets Blackberry smart phone users to invite, join and connect to a conference call easily.
Features of Blackberry Mobile Conferencing app
■Invite other users to teleconference easily with a single click with a pop-up invite
■Reconnect to an ongoing conference easily with single click if it is disconnected
■This app is integrated to the phone’s calendar, so it is easy to schedule the conference easily
■Send conference invites with Audio-bridge numbers or access-codes that lets other accept your invite with a single click
■Create different conference profiles with dial in info, mobile number and manage moderator codes.
■Keep your moderator codes hidden when sending an invite to other users.
This makes teleconferencing easy on your Blackberry phone by managing and scheduling the invitations. RIM has plans to launch video conferencing app for Blackberry Playbook, but this won’t work with Blackberry phones for now.

Blackberry mobile conferencing app can be downloaded from Blackberry Beta Zone for phones that run Blackberry OS 5.0 and later.
