As per some sources Saaho hindi version is almost confirmed by Zee network and Star is leading in the race for south rights. Anyway usually Star will not go for Hindi rights if they aquires south rights.

No idea. Amazon prime is spending a lot in acquiring digital rights. If Star, Sony etc bags rights then most probably Amazon will come up with digital. Mostly Zee bags complete rights.
