Seeking Help Set top box recording

I am having Fastway HD set top box. I recorded a program into a harddisk. Now i want to play that program in my pc but i am not able to play as it is in .ts format.
Is there any way i can open it in my PC ?

It's not possible to play a recorded content from stb in other media players and pc.

Call to fastway cable customercare.
If they provide channel in fta mode then content working fine on pc.
Please try recording from channel channel no 129 or 130 or 131 or 132 they working on pc.
