Sm2 Error after Activation

I Buy A Airtel Digital Tv and Installation Done Sucessfully, after Activation Channel Start only 5 minute and A banner Display on Scrren "installation Process not Complete Please Contact Customer Care Error Code:Sm2" i Contact with Customer Care They Reply " u will Get all Channel in next 30 Minuts , keep Power on your Stb" now three days Gone ,many time call to cc but my problem is same and no any channel start in my stb.all channel Show Error :Sm2
Please Help me

PLZ CALL TO COUSTMER CARE AND SAY TO REFRESH TO YOUR STB AIRTEL AND HOLD DOWN YOUR STB IN 15 MINUTE AND AFTRE THAT ON YOUR BOX YOUR PROBLEM IS SOUL 100%

Nothing Happen , i call many time to cc but no channel start in Past three days.

I am using dishtv from long time but now i decided to purchase airtel tv but i m very disappointed due to activation of service’s purchased 2 new airtel tv connection 28/04/2011 but still not activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

and register mobile number , one number with both account or two different number ?

First step For Solve Problem :

Please Set Your Dish on Ses7@108 , Channel No.999 and 100 Both Are Viewing on ses7 after that ve try to re refresh your account.
