It seems that Turner International Asia is shifting their Asia Pacific region channels from their existing TP (3960/H/27500), in which the channels for Australasia region are also available currently. I think this shifting is because they are dividing the Asia Pacific and Australia-NZ operations into two, hence different uplink stations will be used for different TPs (only my assumption)
