I have an update, Star will potentially launch SS1 in Bangla and Marathi before IPL 2019 and in Gujarati and Malayalam before ICC World Cup 2019; possibly within IPL 2019 Finals. (Disclaimer: I am sharing what I heard from my source and do not blame me if this is not happening)

If the production is of high quality I would love to listen and watch in my native language. I was watching Bordoloi trophy on PRAG News. Assamese commentary was awesome.

English graphics are OK.
But giving studio commentary is not good enough.
If commentary is from stadium with a good panel consisting majorly international players, language feed is better now, as the feed comes on HD channel.
Pre, interval and post match shows also should be given in regional language.
