I contacted Dishtv International (Dthworld.sg) customer care and they mentioned about Sri Lanka TV channels as following,

"Dishtv VCs whos activation submitting on Sri Lanka site can only avail Sri Lankan channels"

This channels will not able to watch from Dishtv India, Dishtv International Receivers.

Sri Lanka Channels are working fine in Newly Purchased Set Top Boxes.
STB purchased 1 month month before still Sri Lanka channels are working. There are few customers in Sri Lanka still getting this channels.
