• Star Sports HD 1 moved from '11520 V 30000' to '11560 H 30000'.

• Gemini Comedy moved from '11560 H 30000' to '11520 V 30000'.
• Sun News moved from '11560 H 30000' to '11520 V 30000'.

So totally 6 channels TP changed! Recently ADTV is changing TP of 6 channels in a bunch.

Just curios - "how would shuffling lead to new channel addition"? Are we just hoping or any other technical reasons?

Which means, they are creating space. They are moving channels from one TP to another TP. But it is not exactly meaning to channel addition.

While doing so, if they are moving another set of channels into this free space from another TP, then they are doing this for something else. But if this free space is not filled with other existing channels, then they are definitely creating space by smartly using the available space to add more channels.

@Experts:
Recently they did lots of channel shuffling. Are they leaving those spaces free or moving other set of channels again. Please check the recent shuffling details and let us know this. Then only we can calculate if they can add channels or this is for something else.

Last time they shuffled 6 channels from 11480 & added 5 SD channels including 4 channels from sun network...

In my opinion, they create a balance between bw gud pq and not-so-gud pq quality chnls...
And, while doing so... they keep no. of chnls per TP also close to equal.

So, that chnls like star plus, zee tv, star sports ( big named n high pq ) are not on d same very TP, which wud mean.. they ll have less chnls on that TP.

Thus they wud rather hvae, star plus, zee, dd bangla, disha tv :lol
