Just had long talk with Dish TV CC and they too have no idea why these channels are not available to anyone or when going to be available or on which pack it will be available.
Dish TV has this reputation, last time same was the case with Ten 1 2 3

Right Now. Star Sports Select 2 is working in Titanium Pack.

Woked up late as today was holiday and got this super news
But already taken all sports hd pack now have to wait for 30 days to remove that.
It should have added on 7 April then i would have saved 100 bucks but overall very good addition.
Good to see good relations between star and dish tv.k:

I am getting Star Sports Select 2 but am getting Unauthorized error message on 1. I am on Titanium with Full-on HD add-on. However, since HD and SD ver of the channels show same content, I hope I won't miss anything.
