Hi

I have a airtel HD connection. Few says back I faced a unique problem as my set top box. It started freezing and than I had to restart the set top box and than it would start. Thus the set top box is replaced.

1. Earlier I had HVEC HD set top box. Now it is digital HD. What is the difference?

2. Does the set top box has any warranty? As in when it would be chargeable of I get problems in the future

3. My current set top box has few updates but it shows the update downloads are aborted.

Bro try to factory reset your stb.
2. If u have new connection now u have 1 year free warranty. If your connection is old then stb replacement charge is 250 + 150 for engineer visiting charge.

new software update available for your stb then status show idle otherwise aborted.
