Subscribing Channel Pack

While i subscribe channel packs and deactivate after the next day. Its still available. Single channel subscribed can be deactivated after 1day lock period . But the pack cannot be deactivated after 1day lock period.

(I subscribed TV18 and Times channel packs. Then deactivated next day. But the channels are still available)


Tatasky app is showing no channel packs are activated. But channels are still available.


Can anyone help a clear idea about trai rule?

Bhai, it's not the UI , I mean your stb is yet to get a/c details from server. So enjoy free service. You can get Max 10-15 days this way unless you modify your pack while box is on

Yes in tata sky always upgrade pack with stb on and downgrade with stb off
