Yes. Since any FTA box can scan its channels. You will get channel list TP wise.

Since yesterday evening Dish TV is showing Test Channels for Surya Samachar.
Because of DD Free Dish TP possibly Dish TV is not counting it ?

Dish TV has blocked Surya Samachar and replaced DD Free Dish TP with own TP as Dish TV Info channel.
