Tata Sky doesn't Want its Customers to Activate "Al Jazeera" Channel

How can I activate Al Jazeera channel?

Its free but I'm not getting it since few days. I have tried to activate it by sending Add 635 message but I always receive "Invalid Format" message in return.

Dunno about sms. Have you tried through the app and website? If they didn't want you to subscribe to the channel. They would have dropped the channel from their platform.

I'm using multi-tv connection and the old multi-tv price 200 rs is still active on my account. If I try to add/remove channels using app/website, it automatically replaces old multi-tv price with new pricing system (same price for both connections). So I can't modify pack/plan using app or website otherwise I'll lose old multi-tv price.
