We can but we will only get HD channels whose SD version is available in the base pack. So these 'HD Add-on' packs are more or less just like 'HD access fee'. Only major difference is we won't get HD channels of a 'Add-on' packs if we take 'HD Add-on' pack.

It's not available online bro. You need to apply a simple trick (legal).
You can PM @Sagar buddy for the trick. You may get another trick from him to watch all channels at very low cost.
