I will list last used package details and current package. I hope that will give the detailed explanation -

• Previous package: My pack 99 + Malayalam Regional Add-on + Regional HD pack. I got all my regional Malayalam HD channels including Surya TV HD(from Sun Network).
• Current package: South Special with Malayalam and Tamil Add-on. I can watch all available regional HD channels like Sun TV HD, Sun Music HD, KTV HD, Surya TV. But same time unable to watch Travel XP, Animation Planet channels. That was part of South special but obliviously not in Regional section. For me to get all SS HD channel there is an Add-on called South special HD add-on worth Rs.80/-
• Simply you can watch all Regional HD channels including Sun network channels at Rs.50/-

Am from Kerala > Cochin. A'm not sure is there any Rural/Urban differentiation is applicable to get this Regional HD pack.
