Tatasky Pace DVR signal issue on G-SAT 10

i have installed new TS pace DVR and not receiving signals and channels from G-sat but my HD stb is receiving complete channels and insat+gsat signals 

anyone facing the same issue with normal lnb other tan that of super lnb

channels working with one trick now

i guess need to change LNB from normal to unicable
