If my warranty is covered should i expect new box or as local technician said it will be only other repaired ones not brand new.

Yeah it's not a new 1 its name is swap box but don't worry you can replace it because company warranty policy has been changed now company giving part warranty one year it's it's means you replace the skybox you will get one year free of cost replacement warranty
