Bro you go forget user ID /password section and it asks your VC no and mobile no email ID after you get user name and password through your mail Id

I've registered and saw my details yesterday. The invoice of previous months shows the bill amount of 120 where as my lco collects 300. Don't know why

That's the official amount he discloses to the government and the remaining 180 rs goes to his pocket. After TRAI rule implementation he cant tweak the amount. Thats why the cable operators are pissed of due to this new rule
