K S Ravikumar has directed films like Avvai Shanmughi, Thenali, Panchathanthiram and Dasavatharam which had Kamal Haasan in the lead role. Now K S Ravikumar has planned to direct a comedy film which will have Kamal Haasan in the lead role.
K S Ravikumar had approached Thamanna to do the female lead role. Thamanna has also agreed to do the lead role. Now the problem is that there will be kissing scenes in Kamal Haasan’s film. Thamanna had asked the director if there are kissing scenes in this film.
The director said that there are kissing scenes. Thamanna was little reluctant initially but finally she gave a nod with a condition. The condition was that if she has to act in the kissing scenes, she has to be paid a salary of Rs 1.25 Crores. On hearing this, producer and director were shocked in dismay.
