I think your mdu got fixed before 3 to 4 years, needs to correct it. Call to customer care for raise complaint.
Gsat signal strength should be more than 90 and quality should be more than 70.

No even if it's 75 quality it's good.

Strength depends on the length and quality of cable used

If he getting insat signal strength 100 means he can get gsat signal strength also 100. Otherwise 60% signal strength is enough.

It's new building and I'm the first person to use tatasky connection. already raised the complaint with customer care. The guy fixed MDU dish might not have aligned properly.

All i can guess is, wrong transponder was set and later technician changed the TP so channels started working. I have tested it on TS box and such thing happens so saying from my experience.

I didn't notice he selected some thing related to gsat. Yes now the signal level improved close to 100
