It's not so simple infact very Difficult to do as they will get corporate friendly tag favouring broadcaster. Already cable operators are protesting against revenue deficit. 99 rupee ncf means a LCO will get only 50-60 rupee per customer tv and from that revenue he has to maintain his 3-4 employees and back end system. No one will run business at this low profit margin.
