How sun direct is escaping from headlines they have not even reached 0.00001% of customers, forgot about reaching they yet to inform to customers about new tariff

First read the article cleary TRAI order implemented on Dec 29th only, they have given 1month migration period till Feb 1st now there wont be any further extensions
Yes bro you are right they will no further extension in trai order now

While Tata Sky has not implemented the tariff order, Airtel TV Digital has got package details of roughly 45,000 of its subscribers. Dish TV has received details from 35% of its customer base. Other DPOs have got customer choice from 30-50% of their customers.

Yes trai seems strict till now. But Jan 21 was the deadline for collecting data from complete customers. But the article says only 50% is collected by a DPO which is the maximum. Cable operators takes more time to gather information. No idea about Sun direct started or not. Then how it wil be implemented within 10 days.May TS and Airtel do it.

It's the fault of customers also. Many are knowingly not giving their choice & many are not aware about all this.
Once DPOs will start discontinuing the channels, all will give their choice in one day.

On Feb 1st New Rule will be applicable doesn't matter if customers selected the options or not.

DTHs will be quick to migrate customers but CableTV will be slow as usual.

If Broadcasters disconnect singnals on regular intervals then customers will be forced to select new packs altogether speedsup the whole process.
