Lcn is fixed based on broadcaster discount. So if adtv put star chs first then star will give then 10% discount on mrp

LCN once alloted cannot be changed for a year by the DPO.

No such regulations in trai order. Also trai cannot put such regulations as it is outside of trai jurisdiction.

Subscribers tend to watch chs which comes first. So if trai publish order saying that star ch should come first then Sony will file case against trai for flavouring star.

Yes bro it will be fixed however DPO can change it after a year if it wants.If there is a change of genre then it can be changed before a year.

I dont think major rearrangements will be made, take example in sun direct all sun channels placed at first, in sports and english hds sony first, sports in sd star first

Blockwise movement is possible. Currently SUN reserved only 50 slots each for Tamil and Telugu, which will become inadequate.
DTH should keep some favourable slots for upcoming channels, including own channels.
