Seeking Help TS SPDIF Output connection settings support

Hi Friends,
I have planned to test my tatasky spdif port, but my Home theater doesn't have an optical port. I ordered optical to RCA L/R converter and SPDIF cable
My connection is as follows -

• TS SPDIF port to Converter via Toslink cable
• Converter to Home theater's RCA Left Right Input

but unfortunately i can't hear anything now. Seems like everything connected fine,

1. Is there anyone faced this like issue earlier?
2. Is there any connection settings in TS STB?
3. I really don't know is this issue because of Toslink and SPDIF issue or n't

Note: Am getting a red light on the tale end of SPDIF cable. Amazon product link attached with text.

As advised, I replaced converter and tried new one but unfortunately Im not getting any sound
It that port blocked default bt TS? any idea

No, TS will not block Optical out.
Which audio option you selected in STB for SPDIF, DD or DD+..?
