Urgent Help For Opennox X5 HD ( Problem Solved )

Hi , I just Update My Software !
But After Updation , My STB is not Opening !
Authentication Fail Massage is Shown !
Only System Setup Menu Open & in their Network Setup Menu only Open !
When I tried with my Idea 3g Dongle then massage is coming No Device Dongle !
Pls Help me It's Urgent !

Vicky Bro , I just contact with CC of Jams India !
He told me to change software then I am changing my software after that my Problem is Solved !
