Vish Starts 10th june Mon-Fri 10.30 PM on Colors

The current storyline of Sitaara wasn’t really working. And that’s why the channel decided to take it off air and replace it with 'Vish: A Poisonous Story'. It’s also a supernatural show .
The show revolves around a doctor who turns into a vishkanya to save her newly-found love from turning into a vishpurush.

I was expecting diff theme for this supernatural show

Generally, understand that:

• Star Plus = love stories targeted at the younger generation. Example: YRHPK.
• Zee TV = grand family sagas. Different from Star Plus in that Star Plus always tries to focus on younger couples rather than older members.
• Colors = naagin, vishkanya, makkhi, etc.
• Sony = very good stories for everyone, never cringeworthy.

As far as historical and mythological shows are concerned, Sony TV is the leader by a mile, followed by Colors, while Star Plus always tries to avoid them as much as possible (exceptions include Karnsangini). Zee TV is neutral.

Most successful mytho shows are with star plus(mahabharat,siya ke ram) whether its trps or popularitywise im not considering no.of episodes qualitiwise these shows are much better than others

Those are old. Since Star Plus's May 2018 rebrand the focus has been very much on Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke and Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala. These shows, the new-age love stories and the stories with little girls, are being stretched infinitely while Karnsangini was killed very quickly.

@JollyLNB bro After rebrand their whole focus is on kasautii 2....yrkkh & kullfi get somewhat good promotions nd they hardly promote new show YRHPK
