Bro iam so many tym call cc and mail to dish tv but no hope full response they told me my box is not compatible with ST2 for future updation wait for that now I think move to another dth service

Bro the main issue is south channels I'm not get newly added Malayalam channels and tamil channels now I'm only get 26 Malayalam channels dish tv add new channels only in ST2 alignment I like to move to ST2 but I'm not get ST2 updation in my tru hd +box the cc told this box not get the ST2 realignment updation now this is the main reason to move another dth

I'm planning on upgrading to Kerala Vision HD, could you give me some information regarding Audio clarity, also some screenshots, if possible.
Little sceptical about the "too good to be true" price tag.
I tried to see if anybody had upgraded nearby, but almost everyone is using the SD STB
