Seeking Help which is the best new HD connection offer now?

Can you please recommend the best offer available right now for a new HD connection (need it here in Bangalore)?
- We will need kannada regional pack, English (movies + entertainment + edutainment) + Sports. So, will go for 99 My Plan + kannada regional pack (61) + MaxHD (225) later.
- OK for any pack for first month as I will have to add kannada regional pack (unless they give free addon in the associated package).

Please let me know. Want to finalize & get it installed this week to move out of cable.
