Why is TataSky discontinuing Transfer services from 20th July?

Any idea why TataSky is discontinuing transfer services from 20th July? Is it from the broadcaster end, not giving it permission for the service or due to low uptake from the consumer side?

One of the reasons for taking TS is Transfer service. It's a bad move if they discontinue.

It was not usable with their crappy app anyways. It is just iOS ported app. They should develop a native android app with android SDK.
