I have a feeling that these two channels (WoW & Lifestyle Asia) have relation with M Tunes & Music Xpress, may be relaunching with new names,

After starting Dream TV this is the second music channel from PEN.They are also to start Ilove and BT.Total 4 music channels.Mtunes was to relaunch but shelved now by PEN.No relation with Lifestyle Asia though.
