Generally Airtel addition takes on Wednesday Midnight. We may get info tomorrow evening otherwise Zee Kannada HD & Zee Keralam SD, HD all three channels will be added at once after few days/weeks.

Based on previous experiences they added Zee Channels in one shot . So this time also they will add like this as per my thinking.
