ZEE Network Gave Newspaper Ad To Tell DEN Customers To Ask For Refund

In a major victory for DEN Networks – TDSAT (Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal) directed ZEE Entertainment Limited (ZEEL) to provide channels to DEN Networks on RIO basis dismissing ZEEL’s claim that SMS and CAS of DEN were not compliant with the regulations.
In yesterday's Leading Hindi Newspaper Dainik Jagran, ZEE gave an ad and told DEN customers to ask for the refund from DEN or move to some other Cable or DTH operator.

Gr8! Now see DEN will give 2-4 ZEE channels of customer choice as customer can call and start them. And, now DEN have to start these channels.
Same thing happened with us during ZEE and hathway fight.They also didn't put hathway in list as bcoz of fight.
Did anyone noticed the way ZEE has put their own DTH and Sister DTH on 1 & 2 and own cable Siti on No. 1 in Cable.

The irony is that then also Dishtv has not added their own channels and other Dth are taking lead to add Zee Tamil HD,Zee Telugu Hd ,Living Foodz HD
