Place the text (That Is Mahalakshmi) a little bit below @Shantanu bro. It should be level with the Zee Telugu logo. You can also try writing it in Telugu (ద్యాట్ ఇజ్ మహాలక్ష్మీ) and Kannada (ವಿದ್ಯಾವಿನಾಯಕ).

Also, make the watermark slightly smaller and just below the channel logo. Otherwise it is taking up a lot of the screen.
