TRAI empanels 2 more DAS Auditors

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has empanelled two more new auditors to the panel of auditors who will carry out the audit of Digital Addressable Systems (DAS). The total number of empanelled DAS auditors now stands at 24, up from the earlier 22.

Alok Dhandhani, Partner and Sanjay Gupta, Partner have been empanelled by the regulator earlier this month. The former auditor belongs to Gujarat whereas the latter one belongs to New Delhi.

TRAI has made the empanelment process continuous with every month new DAS auditors getting empanelment. A fortnight back Khandelwal Jain & Co and SP Chopra & Co were added to the auditors list, whereas 6 new DAS auditors were added to the empanelled auditors before that.
