With a focus on adhering to the government guidelines to maintain safety during the coronavirus pandemic, Zee Kannada continued to provide ardent viewers with non-stop entertainment in the comfort of their homes. The channel aired re-runs of prominent fiction, non-fiction shows, movies and events, including award ceremonies and audio launches to keep the views engaged through this season. Maintaining precautionary measures successfully resulted in allowing channel shooting to resume starting 25th May, continuing to adopt necessary precautions. Zee Kannada is going to air the fresh episodes of our favorite shows from June 1st, 2020.
The Karnataka government has granted permission to producers of Kannada serial to resume production even as the state firmly remains under lockdown. The television crew is only allowed to shoot inside the studio and outdoor shoots are strictly prohibited. The crew members should be provided with masks, sanitizers and follow social distancing.

“We stand in solidarity with our nation, whether it is to stay at home and follow safety measures, or resume shooting and maintain necessary precautions while providing fresh content to our viewers. With this latest permit, we are happy to equip the Kannada audience with solid entertainment for the remaining lockdown period. In order for this to be successful, we believe in strictly adhering to all norms and regulations for every channel member’s safety.
