Same with Airtel also bro. Please check if possible. PQ is poor. Audio is also very low. Need to keep almost twice the volume than other channels.

HD channels which have Dolby Digital pr Dolby Digital Plus enabled from broadcaster / operator end will have low audio levels incase u have selected DD+ option on ur STB and watching the same on TV which has stereo sound (2 speakers).... Just select None/PCM option under audio settings on STB and audio level will see an increase, select Dolby option only when using Home Theater
