Seeking Help DishTv Dish+ (AF-7012S) STB Problem

Hi Friends,
My DishTv stb Dish+ (AF-7012S) showing problem. It is fluctuating in multiple error messages. And don't stable on actual tv channel screen.

Yesterday it was showing error messages:
102: No account balance
301: Signal not found



And after doing Hard Reset now showing error messages:

Please wait app loading
301: Signal not found

DishTv CC suggesting to buy a new STB...

Please Help...

It is working fine now...
What I did...

I connect my stb to a good signal Antenna.
Then gone to Forced Software Upgrade. After upgrading the software now the stb functioning ok. Yesterday this software upgrading step was not performing well.
