CC said you didn't have any activated pack

And LCO said because of prepaid cable all user need to subscribe their pack again

So all that mean maybe I need to subscribe only Basic pack because all pay channels and fastway VAS pack working without any subscription

Fastway is too slow in channel additions...and also after addition, some very important channels like Sports18 HD, Star Movies Select are not available to be selected in A-la-carte. One has to subscribe to highest Platinum HD pack just for some regular channels. Also, only 2-3 bouquets from Broadcasters are available...barring some major packs such as from Sony, Viacom18,etc.
How can this problem be escalated??? Is there any mail or contact list of broadcasting team??
